Working in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Garascia's artwork can be found in collections from Hawaii to New York. Garascia's work embodies themes from neoclassical, art nouveau, to whimsical. Such influences have translated seamlessly into popular works found in homes, gardens, and offices across America. From life size busts to small wall hangings, the approach and technique in handcrafting the artwork is the same. All images are first drawn on paper, and then sculpted in clay, from which complex rubber molds are created, and the final pieces are cast with a high quality concrete.
